To ensure a fair and transparent billing process, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy regarding subscription payments, order fulfillment, and account cancellations.

1. Subscription & Billing Policy
OmniDrop operates on a subscription-based model, where users are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on their selected plan. All payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Auto-Renewal: All OmniDrop subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Billing Notifications: Users receive email notifications about billing events, such as upcoming charges, failed payments, and successful renewals.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe and other supported payment processors.
1.1 Subscription Charges & Trial Period
OmniDrop may offer a trial period to allow new users to experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
- Trial to Paid Transition: Users must cancel before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is non-refundable.
- First-Time Charges: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if the service was not utilized.
- Upgrade & Downgrade Policy: Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy – No Refunds on Subscriptions
At OmniDrop, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments.
2.1. No Refunds on Subscription Fees
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
- We do not issue refunds for users who forgot to cancel before renewal, did not use the platform, or changed their mind after subscribing.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused time on a subscription.
2.2 Order Fulfillment Refunds
OmniDrop provides automation and fulfillment services by connecting users with third-party suppliers. Order-related refunds follow supplier-specific policies.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If an order is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe, we assist users in filing a dispute with the supplier.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, users must submit a dispute within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence.
- Supplier Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved by the supplier, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the user’s payment method.
2.3 Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with Service: Refunds are not provided based on personal dissatisfaction or lack of personal results.
- Failure to Cancel Before Renewal: Customers must cancel before the billing date to avoid charges.
- Fraudulent or Abuse-Related Requests: OmniDrop reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraudulent disputes or misuse of services.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their OmniDrop subscription at any time through their account settings.
3.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Users must manually cancel their subscription through their OmniDrop account settings before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning users will retain access to the platform until the period expires.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a renewal charge.
3.2 Trial Period Cancellation
- If you signed up for a trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is non-refundable.
3.3 Pausing a Subscription
- Users who need to temporarily stop their subscription may pause their account instead of canceling
- While paused, no charges will be applied, and all store data and integrations will remain intact.
3.4 Account Termination & Data Loss
- If a subscription is canceled or terminated, access to OmniDrop’s services, including product sourcing, automation tools, and order fulfillment, will be revoked at the end of the billing cycle.
- If a user deletes their account, all associated data, including order history, integrations, and settings, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
We encourage users to contact us at support@omnidrop.io before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team first for a resolution.
- Disputed Transactions: If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be restricted or suspended until the dispute is resolved.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after using our services may be considered fraud. OmniDrop reserves the right to take legal action or permanently ban users who engage in fraudulent disputes.
